Federico Arcelli – Managing Partner, Head of Europe
Federico has over 25 years of experience in M&A, management and engineering. He has been covering several executive positions at both public and private technology companies, and also served on the Board of Directors of 3 different companies.
Over the past two decades Federico has built technology businesses from early stage to global commercial success and exit, successfully closing multiple cross-border M&A transactions with an aggregate Enterprise Value exceeding $300M.
Prior to joining Alteon, he was the CEO of Accent, an IoT system provider, where he raised over $20M in venture capital, engaged global customers and ramped revenues to $40M.
Previously, he was VP worldwide sales & marketing at VeriSilicon, Inc., where he coordinated the acquisition of ZSP (a division of LSI Logic) and secured several new strategic customers, ultimately contributing to the company long term revenues.
Prior to that, he was VP sales & marketing at CEVA Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA), where he developed the business in Europe by engaging the top mobile players, generating over $50M in licensing revenues. He also led the spin-off of the GPS division, subsequently sold for $110M.
Earlier, he spent eight years in different management positions at Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN), where he successfully launched the DSP & OMAP software ecosystem initiative and he also led the ASIC marketing department.
Earlier in his career, he was Engineering Manager for military avionics systems at Italtel, leading the R&D group developing IFF systems for NATO.
He started his career as a design engineer for avionics systems at Allied Signal and AgustaWestland.
Federico holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from “La Sapienza” university in Rome.
